LOS ANGELES, CA - Gilchrist & Rutter PC, a Los Angeles-based commercial real estate and business law firm, promoted Yen N. Hope to Partner. Ms. Hope's practice focuses on business, real estate and land use litigation. She represents clients in a wide range of matters including, obtaining traditional and administrative writs in mobile home park conversions, and litigation involving construction defects, breach of contracts and employment wage class actions. Her clients consist of financial institutions, private equity funds, developers, individuals and major corporations.

She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School, where she was the Editor of the Harvard Asia Quarterly. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she majored in English with a specialization in Business Administration.
