Our clients will thus benefit from the complementarity between FIDAL, whose lawyers can advise them on trust transactions, and FIDAL Fiducie, fully dedicated to this innovative and fast-evolving legal instrument.
FIDAL Fiducie is headed by its President Bruno Berger-Perrin, a lawyer specialized in litigation and corporate recovery & insolvency. Former President of the Hauts-de-Seine Bar, former member of the French National Bars Council, former President of the European Bars Federation and member of the Center for Mediation and Arbitration of Paris, Bruno Berger-Perrin joined Fidal in 1997 to lead the firm's Dispute Resolution practice.
