Finance Evolution operates with authority in areas of great importance such as regulatory and process consulting, as well as the nodal one of supervisory reports.

Musy Bianco Associati Law firm assisted the Sellers in negotiating and drafting the sale and purchase agreement of the entire paid in capital of Finance Evolution. The team consisted of Paolo Bianco (Senior Partner) and Giovanni Caia (Associate). In addition to the usual M&A competence, there has been specific assistance on the collateral security package to be provided to the purchaser.
