MasterCard completed the acquisition 10% of Shva (automated bank services) from Bank Hapoalim for $11 million. MasterCard was represented by Advocates Eytan Epstein and Shirley Dahan together with the Head of Competition and Regulation Department, Mazor Matzkevich and Yehuda Gindi, a Partner in M. Firon & Co. Advocate’s capital markets department.
