Machas & Partners represented Euroxx Securities S.A., acting as adviser to EUROXX Securities S.A., a Greek company active in the software business with respect to the delisting of the company’s shares from the Alternative Market of the Athens Stock Exchange and the listing of its shares on the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange.
