CampaAvvocati Primelex assisted the sellers in the acquisition of the majority of LYVE, an italian company active in training courses (especially for banking and insurance market) by OpenjobMetis.
The contribution has covered all phases of the negotiations and closing, as well as the agreements with the remaining part of the original shareholders, also for the management assessment.
It has been a significant deal regarding a buyer quoted on Milano Stock Exchange; as well for the revision of all the contracts related to the particular activities, that involved more than 60 trainers.
