Interview with Luca Fazzini
What kind of firm is Leading Law?
Leading Law is a structure that brings together lawyers and public notaries, similar to the English structure. The idea came from our Founder, Andrea Ganelli, who decided three years ago to promote a new practice model for Turin, Italy; the aim was for the firm to be capable of meeting the needs of companies that often find difficult to reconcile business projects with the drafting of formal documents.
The market has evolved and the practice model managed by the individual professional risks being outdated or not sufficient to meet the needs of the economic world
What are the strengths of your firm?
The key goal adopted by Leading Law is the specialisation of lawyers and the collaboration between different professionals. The idea is to offer a 360-degree legal service, with a strong corporate orientation with increasingly multidisciplinary teams. The market has evolved and the practice model managed by the individual professional risks being outdated or not sufficient to meet the needs of the economic world. Cross-consultancy, therefore, is a particular characteristic linked to the collaboration between lawyers and public notaries who, in Leading Law, work together sharing the same objectives.
