Green Mountain has operated in the field of data centres since its incorporation in Norway in 2009. It specialises in the planning and construction of server farms, provision of advanced server farm services to organisations, and the efficient operation of server farms powered by 100% renewable energy. The company operates three server farms in Norway and has achieved an annual growth rate of roughly 50%. The acquisition is expected to increase Azrieli Group’s presence in the European data centres market.
Azrieli Group was also advised by Rothschild & Co for financial matters.
