Artemis Strategic Investment Corp’s merger with Novibet forms the next step of a strategic plan for the latter’s listing on the Nasdaq index, as well as the expansion of the group in new markets. The deal is valued after exercise of respective warrants and KPIs to an amount exceeding $1 billion.
