The consortium is led by Banca Finint and includes Delfin Holding, Invitalia’s Safeguard Fund and, acting through the Za-Fin company, entrepreneurs Luigi Rossi Luciani and Bruno Zago. In completing the deal, the consortium will acquire Ideal Standard’s flagship Borgo Valbelluna production site, as well as the historic ‘Ceramic Dolomite’ brand and further assets.
Studio Bampo, an accounting and tax firm, assisted the consortium on the project with a team led by partner Alessandro Bampo.
