The acquisition adds Amdaris’ innovative software development, application support, managed services and consultancy services to Insight’s broad solutions portfolio and IT supply chain capabilities in the EMEA region.
Insight, which boasts a staff of 13,000 globally, specialises in assisting organisations in accelerating their digital journey to modernise their business and maximising the value of the technology.
Its acquisition of Amdaris represents a significant opportunity for further development and a stepping stone in pursuit of its core growth objectives.
