GigCapital7 IPO - DLA Advise
DLA Piper recently provided legal counsel to GigCapital7, a blank check company incorporated in the Cayman Islands, during the successful completion of its initial public offering, which raised US$200 million by issuing 20 million units priced at US$10 each. These units are set to be listed on NASDAQ and will trade under the ticker symbol “GIGGU.”
