Milbank is setting the standard once again, showing they mean business when it comes to rewarding associates. After leading with market-topping summer bonuses, Milbank has become the first major Biglaw firm to unveil its year-end bonus structure, sure to lift the spirits of associates.
The firm’s bonus scale, matching last year’s figures, has been released as follows:
In a repeat of last year’s timeline (November 7, 2023), Milbank made its announcement ahead of the competition, which included a three-week wait for Cravath to follow suit. Other firms are likely to take a bit more time before revealing their own year-end bonuses.
Milbank associates in good standing can expect their year-end bonuses by December 31.
