Dentons Welcomes High Yield & US Securities Finance Partner Colin Chang to London Team.
Dentons is pleased to announce the addition of Colin Chang as a partner, specializing in high yield and US securities finance to its Capital Markets team in London. Colin Chang is set to join the firm in January 2025.
Prior to joining Dentons, Colin was a partner at Linklaters, where he specialized in high yield and acquisition finance. Before that, he also held a partner position at White & Case in Paris.
As a US-qualified attorney, Colin has extensive experience advising underwriters, issuers, and private equity sponsors on high yield offerings and bridge-to-high-yield finance transactions across both European and US markets. His strong background in these areas positions him as a valuable addition to Dentons' Capital Markets team.
With Colin’s arrival, Dentons will enhance its capabilities in high yield, acquisition finance, and capital markets, particularly in relation to the growing number of high-value European acquisition financings governed by New York law.
Colin has built lasting relationships with major European investment banks and other prominent clients on both the company and bank sides.
