DLA Piper provided legal representation to Slip.stream, a music licensing platform, in its acquisition of a specific production music portfolio from Anthem Entertainment, a music rights company based in Toronto.
This acquisition encompasses three prominent brands: Anthem’s production music agency Jingle Punks, the independent production music library 5 Alarm Music, and the UK-based independent production music publisher Cavendish Music. As a result, Slip.stream has expanded its catalogue by over 650,000 tracks, establishing itself as the largest independent licensing platform globally.
