Hulk Hogan’s Son Nick Requests Early Probation Termination After DUI Guilty Plea.
Hulk Hogan's son, Nick Hogan, has requested a judge to end his probation six months early in connection with his DUI case.
Court documents reveal that Nick, 34, made this request earlier this month, seeking an immediate conclusion to his one-year probation. He stated that he has fulfilled all requirements and paid all associated fines and costs. Nick, whose full name is Nicholas Bollea, pleaded guilty to a DUI charge on June 21.
His sentence included probation, a one-year suspension of his driver's license, and 100 hours of community service. Additionally, he was mandated to take a DUI education course and pay approximately $1,000 in fines, while also being prohibited from entering establishments that serve alcohol. At his sentencing, Nick expressed remorse, saying, “I’m very sorry for all of this going on. I never wanted to be in this position again.”

A court hearing is set for this month, where Nick and his legal team will present their case to the judge. In November 2023, Nick was arrested for DUI in Clearwater, Florida, around 4 a.m. Reports from TMZ indicated that he allegedly refused to take a breath test at the scene, leading to his misdemeanor charge.
Prior to his arrest, he was seen at his father Hulk's restaurant, working as a DJ for a bikini contest. Bodycam footage showed Nick explaining to the police that the smell of alcohol on his breath was due to kissing his girlfriend. In 2007, Nick was involved in a serious car accident that left his passenger, John Graziano, severely injured. At the time, Nick was just 17 and was driving at high speeds. Graziano, who was not wearing a seatbelt, eventually left the hospital but requires full-time care.
His family reported that he sustained brain damage due to the accident. John’s mother expressed her outrage towards Nick following his DUI arrest. In an interview with TMZ, she stated that the arrest demonstrated Nick's “total lack of respect for what (he) did to another person’s life and you’re still driving recklessly.”
She went on to say, “I can only hope that at some point in his life, while he still has the chance, he can turn things around. Until then, I pray that no one else gets hurt.” Debra shared, “I mourn the virtual loss of my son every day.
I thank God that I still have John with us at home.” She mentioned that John had lost the ability to lead a normal life, but she was grateful he was still alive. Nick faced charges related to the 2007 accident and was accused of speeding, which he denied. He ultimately entered a no contest plea and received an eight-month jail sentence. Additionally, he was sentenced to five years of probation, required to complete 500 hours of community service, and had his driver’s license revoked for three years.
