Career
Doherty kicked off his YouTube journey in September 2016 with a video showcasing his marker-flipping skills, which eventually racked up over 29 million views, making it his most popular upload. His early content featured various object flips, but he truly broke through with the 2017 video "I Flipped All These." As his fame grew, so did his wealth, allowing him to purchase his first home at just 15 years old. By 2018, his YouTube channel hit one million subscribers. Personal Life
In October 2023, Jack found himself in a heated dispute with other attendees at influencer Corinna Kopf's Halloween bash. During the altercation, Doherty's bodyguard, Justin Goslee, assaulted one of the guests, leading to a lawsuit against Jack for assault and battery, negligence, and emotional distress. The plaintiff, Chase Gardella, claimed he overheard Goslee asking Jack, "What are we doing?" to which Jack allegedly responded, "We are gonna fight. Us two versus you two, alright go," while pointing at Chase and his companion.
Court documents reveal that shortly after, Goslee struck Gardella in the face, causing him to fall and sustain significant injuries to his head, face, and neck. Jack livestreamed the entire event on Kick and posted clips on YouTube and TikTok, with the lawsuit alleging that he profited from the footage at Gardella's expense.
In an October 2024 livestream, Doherty lost control of his McLaren 570S on the Florida turnpike, reportedly while reading comments from viewers. The $200,000 vehicle was totaled in the crash, and as a result of distracted driving, he was banned from Kick. Additionally, Jack's cameraman suffered a head injury and required stitches following the incident. The Florida Highway Patrol issued a citation to Doherty for "using a wireless communication device while driving."
