Kanye West’s Ex-Assistant Accuses Him of Acting Above the Law in Sanctions.
Kanye West’s former personal assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, is pushing for sanctions in her ongoing lawsuit against the rapper, accusing him of sexual assault, harassment, and wrongful termination. The case has shed light on a series of explosive allegations and accusations, as Pisciotta claims West, 47, subjected her to inappropriate behaviour and criminal actions while she worked for him.
According to court documents, Pisciotta's lawsuit includes serious allegations, such as sexual assault, "false imprisonment, sexual harassment, fraud, broken promises," and failure to pay wages. In the latest twist, Pisciotta has filed a motion demanding $2,100 in sanctions against West’s companies for allegedly failing to respond to her lawsuit and for not providing key documents she had requested.

Pisciotta’s lawsuit, which was filed on October 8, 2024, in Los Angeles Superior Court, claims she was hired by West in July 2021. She was promised a salary of $1 million per year, as long as she was available 24/7 to support West’s professional and personal needs. Pisciotta also asserts that West knew she worked as an OnlyFans model and allegedly encouraged her to delete her profile, offering to pay her $1 million if she complied. She agreed to delete her account but claims the work environment became increasingly abusive as West alternated between appreciation and manipulative demands.
The lawsuit includes multiple allegations of sexual advances made by West towards Pisciotta. One of the most troubling claims is that West allegedly propositioned her for a "threesome" with another woman. Pisciotta’s lawyer further claims West sent explicit text messages to Pisciotta, including one in which he allegedly asked, "Is my d–k racist?" and another suggesting that West had committed a crime in a bowling alley.
The suit also includes allegations of sexual harassment and inappropriate behaviour during Pisciotta’s time working with West. She claims that West made it clear that he wanted to have sexual relations with her, despite her repeated objections. One particularly offensive text message allegedly suggested that Pisciotta had a sexual interest in West when she had already made it clear she was not interested.
In an amended version of the complaint, Pisciotta also accuses West of sexual assault, recounting an incident during a studio session with West and music mogul Diddy. Pisciotta claims that guests at the session were told they had to drink alcohol in order to stay. After drinking, Pisciotta says she felt disoriented and later woke up with no memory of the night’s events. Years later, West allegedly told her that they had been intimate on that night, an encounter that Pisciotta claims she does not remember.
Pisciotta is seeking unspecified damages as part of the lawsuit, with particular emphasis on the claim of wrongful termination. She alleges that she was fired in 2022 after she began demanding the salary she had been promised. In response to the lawsuit, West, through a representative, has denied the accusations, claiming that Pisciotta had pursued him sexually in exchange for employment and other material benefits. The statement also accused Pisciotta of attempting blackmail and extortion after her advances were allegedly rejected.
West has yet to file an official response to the lawsuit in court, and the legal proceedings continue as both parties await further developments. The case highlights a complex and troubling series of allegations against the rapper, with legal battles set to unfold in the coming months.
As Pisciotta seeks justice for the alleged mistreatment, the case is likely to become a key focus in the ongoing public scrutiny of West’s actions and behaviour.
