Sean Combs Charged with Trafficking Three Women in Abuse Scheme.
Sean "Diddy" Combs, the rapper and mogul also known as Puff Daddy, has been accused in a new criminal indictment of trafficking at least three women over the course of a 20-year-long sexual abuse scheme.
The newly filed indictment in New York charges Combs with multiple serious offences, including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Prosecutors revealed on Thursday that the 55-year-old music mogul allegedly transported three female victims, as well as commercial sex workers, across state lines and even internationally.
One of the victims named in the indictment is Combs' former girlfriend, Casandra Ventura, who is also known as Cassie.
This fresh indictment comes after a previous one filed last year, which referred to only one female victim. In the new charges, Combs faces the same set of accusations but with the inclusion of additional victims. There are no further charges in this latest filing.
