Gide advises Farmaceutici Procemsa on the acquisition of Laboratoria Natury.
Gide’s Warsaw office has successfully advised Farmaceutici Procemsa, part of the Investindustrial portfolio, on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Laboratoria Natury sp. z o.o., a leading producer of food supplements and functional foods. The deal was concluded with the purchase of the company from Maabarot Products Ltd.
This acquisition further strengthens Farmaceutici Procemsa’s presence in the Polish CDMO (contract development and manufacturing organization) sector. Notably, this marks another significant success for the company, as Gide previously assisted in acquiring a majority stake in Master Pharm S.A., a key player in Poland’s contract development and manufacturing sector.
