RHOC’s Jennifer Pedranti Reveals Significant Income Boost in Divorce Battle With Ex William.

Real Housewives of Orange County star Jennifer Pedranti is preparing for a court showdown with her ex-husband, William Pedranti, as they battle over the support she receives.

Court documents reveal that Jennifer, 47, and William, who were married from 2002 to 2022, are scheduled to appear in court on Thursday, February 6, where William's financial statements will be examined. The ex-couple reached a settlement in June 2024, with William agreeing to pay $4,674 per month in child support for their four children and $1,735 per month in spousal support. The couple also agreed to share joint legal and physical custody of their children: Dawson, Greyson, Everleigh, and Dominic, with the children residing in Jennifer’s home.

However, months after the settlement, William filed a request to terminate spousal support and reduce his child support obligations. He argued that one of their children was living with him more frequently and that his income had significantly decreased since the initial agreement. In his filing, William noted that Jennifer was living with her fiancé, Ryan Boyajian, and suggested she had little to no living expenses due to this arrangement. "Jennifer still lives with Ryan, and I believe has little to no living expenses (rent, utilities, car payment etc.) due to this living arrangement," William wrote. He also added, “She moved in with Ryan because she did not pay rent on her lease [at a home in Ladera Ranch, California].”

William further claimed that Jennifer had harassed him by showing up uninvited at his house to discuss their children. Jennifer, however, dismissed these allegations and claimed that William still owed her a $267,000 lump sum payment as part of their divorce settlement. She requested that William bring his bank statements to court so they could determine how to collect the debt.

Jennifer argued that it would be unfair for spousal support to be terminated simply because she was cohabitating with Ryan. "The ONLY reason I am cohabitating with Ryan is because William left me with no other option," she explained. "Had I received my half portion of the proceeds when William received it (which he should have done), I would have had the ability to pay my lease, and I would not have been evicted. Or, I would have had the means to secure my own place without Ryan." She added, “It would not be equitable for the court to consider my cohabitation with Ryan as a basis to end my support when William’s bad conduct forced me to do so.”

Jennifer further emphasized that William was aware of her living arrangement at the time they entered the judgment, and therefore, it should not be considered a change in circumstances warranting the termination of spousal support. She also denied the claims that she had harassed William.

The ongoing dispute has included issues surrounding Jennifer’s spending. Back in October 2024, Jennifer informed the court that she earned $7,500 per episode of RHOC and had an average monthly income of $10,470, with $11,000 in monthly bills. In a newly filed income and expense declaration dated January 22, Jennifer updated her financial situation. She listed herself as a RHOC cast member and co-owner of Devi Rebel Yoga, and revealed her average monthly income had increased to approximately $23,000. Jennifer shared that her last paystub for RHOC, dated January, was $7,000, and she had no income in December 2024.

Jennifer also reported having $24,600 in the bank, indicating that she had begun saving since her previous declaration. She disclosed that she had no real property but spent $1,600 on rent while living with Ryan. Her monthly expenses had increased from $11,000 to $12,776, with $2,000 spent on eating out, $3,000 on clothes, and $1,000 on expenses for the kids, among other bills.

Jennifer revealed that she still owed $5,000 to Ryan and $40,000 to her parents, both of which were listed in her previous income and expense declaration. She also reported a new debt of $11,000 in unpaid rent.

On the other hand, William stated that his average monthly income is around $16,000 but claimed he made only $5,550 the previous month.

The court has yet to rule on these ongoing matters.
