With over 25 years of experience at Fried Frank, Andrew Colosimo joins Sidley with a practice focusing on large-scale private equity transactions, joint ventures, corporate law, M&A matters, and asset management M&A. Colosimo’s expertise includes overseeing the integration and spin-out of asset management platforms into and out of large institutions, handling seed and stake transactions, and managing the sale or purchase of controlling interests in asset managers.
