Lee is highly regarded for her expertise in oil and gas tax issues and shareholder activism. Before joining Latham & Watkins, she worked in both private practice and at His Majesty’s Revenue & Customs (HMRC), advising on policy matters related to the Finance Bill and corporation tax.
