They’ve Given Me Four Days": Virginia Giuffre Shares Heartbreaking Health Update After Crash.

The woman who stood up to Epstein and Prince Andrew now faces the fight of her life.

A survivor once more — but this time, the battle is with her own body.

Virginia Giuffre has spent years telling the world about the darkest corners of power and abuse. But over the weekend, she shared something raw and deeply personal — and it has nothing to do with courtrooms or headlines.

She says she’s dying.

In a gut-wrenching Instagram post, Giuffre revealed that she was in a brutal crash with a school bus, leaving her with catastrophic injuries. Doctors told her she’s in kidney failure, and unless things change fast, she may have just a few days left.

“I’ve gone into kidney renal failure. They’ve given me four days to live,” she wrote from her hospital bed, alongside a photo that shows her battered, bandaged, and fighting.

“I’m ready to go… just not until I see my babies one last time.”

Emergency services rushed to the southbound carriageway of a major A-road at around 9:15am on March 31, following a crash between Bedale and Catterick, according to North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue.

A Crash That Changed Everything

Details of the accident are still unclear, but Giuffre said the bus came at her “doing 110km” (around 68 mph) as she was slowing for a turn. The impact was devastating.

“No matter what your car is made of, it might as well be a tin can,” she wrote.

She didn’t share where the crash happened, only that she’s now being transferred to a specialist urology hospital for intensive care.

The Image That Stopped People in Their Tracks

On Instagram, Giuffre shared an unfiltered look at the aftermath — a photo of her injuries, her expression half-defiant, half-resigned.

The caption? Part heartbreak, part dark humor, and entirely human:

“This year has been the worst start to a new year… I won’t bore anyone with the details, but I think it’s important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you at 110km/h, you’re not walking away unscathed.”

“Thank you all for being the wonderful people of the world and for being a great part of my life. God bless you all xx.”

A Familiar Name — and a History That Shook the World

Giuffre — born Virginia Roberts — is no stranger to the spotlight, though she never asked for it.

She was one of the first women to speak publicly about Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse. She said she was trafficked as a teenager by Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, and eventually, she named one of the most powerful people on the planet: Prince Andrew.

In 2022, the Duke of York settled a civil lawsuit she brought in the U.S., agreeing to a multi-million dollar payment but never admitting guilt. He denies ever meeting her.

The case rocked the royal family, stripping Andrew of titles and forcing him out of public life.

A Father’s Love, Across the World

Her father, Sky Roberts, commented on her post with an emotional message:

“Virginia, my daughter, I love you and I’m praying you get the treatment you need to live a long and healthy life. My spirit is with you now, holding your hand.”

More Than a News Story

This story is still unfolding. We’ll share more as soon as we know it.
