Clifford Chance Advises on AMAVI Capital’s €10M Investment in HolaCamp.
Clifford Chance has advised AMAVI Capital, a leading European PropTech investment fund, on a €10 million growth investment in HolaCamp, a fast-growing, tech-enabled outdoor hospitality operator based in Spain.
This deal supports AMAVI’s strategy to invest in the next generation of real estate operating platforms, with HolaCamp set to lead the consolidation of Spain’s fragmented campsite market.
HolaCamp operates 11 campsites across Spain and Portugal and is forecasting €30 million in turnover by 2025. With a centralized 50-person team based in Barcelona, the company is scaling quickly through an asset-light, tech-first approach.
The company enhances its campsites by combining physical upgrades like glamping tents, tiny homes, and improved amenities with a centralized digital platform that includes dynamic pricing, mobile booking, guest engagement tools, and smart operational workflows.
This dual strategy drives both strong unit economics and a seamless guest experience, making HolaCamp a standout player in the rapidly growing outdoor tourism sector.
HolaCamp aligns perfectly with AMAVI’s vision of digitizing real estate and hospitality. The opportunity to lead a buy-and-build strategy in a high-margin, yet under-digitized market like Spain made HolaCamp a strategic choice.
With an experienced founding team and a scalable model, the company is well-positioned to consolidate the market and deliver strong returns.
