The process, which has included roughly €70 million worth of restructured debts, was pursuant to Italy’s Article 67 bankruptcy law. In its first phase, the recovery plans for each of the 12 companies within the group were fine-tuned, connected and correlated. The second phase saw the finalisation of the transfer of the shares of 10 of these companies to the SGT ACO Umbrella Italy Fund.
