Villa Roveda e Associati collaborated with Dentons in advising Pizzium.
Pizzium will not take over operation of the Crocca outlets following the merger, but will instead focus on maximising synergies between the two companies, which will maintain distinct and recognisable identities to increase their offerings and customer satisfaction.
