RHOBH’s Eden Sassoon Refutes Claims Her Dog Viciously Attacked and Disfigured L.A. Woman.
Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (RHOBH) star Eden Sassoon has strongly refuted allegations made by a woman who accused her dog of a brutal attack.
Recent court documents reveal that Eden, 51, has denied any wrongdoing in a lawsuit filed by a woman named Olga Mill.
Last year, Olga took legal action against Eden and a man named Ed Munoz, citing negligence among other claims. Olga stated that while she was walking her dog, Gus, on August 11, 2023, Eden’s Australian Shepherd, Winston, was being walked by Ed. She alleged that Winston “viciously and savagely” attacked both her and Gus “without provocation.”

The lawsuit claims, “The defendants owned, kept, maintained, and otherwise cared for Winston, a dog known for violent and aggressive behavior, having previously attacked individuals.” Olga’s attorney mentioned that she suffered serious injuries, including “severe and permanent injuries to her body and emotional distress.” The suit further noted that Olga continues to experience significant physical and mental pain.
She reported sustaining severe dog bites, lacerations, and bruises that led to a serious infection, requiring her to be hospitalized overnight for treatment. Her attorney specified, “Olga sustained vicious dog bites, lacerations, and bruises to her right forearm and the underside of her right forearm.” The lawsuit also claimed that Gus was injured and needed veterinary care.
Olga expressed that “all of the injuries have resulted and will result in some permanent disability, as well as permanent scarring and disfigurement, all to her detriment and damage.” Olga is seeking unspecified damages from Eden and Ed, asserting that they allowed the dog to roam despite being aware of its history of attacks.
Eden's attorney contended that any damages claimed were a result of Olga's own actions. The lawyer stated, "[Olga] acted with negligence and carelessness regarding the issues mentioned in the Complaint, and this negligence and carelessness played a role in causing the alleged damages and/or injuries, if any exist."

Additionally, Eden asserted that her dog did not bite Olga or inflict any real harm. She requested that the entire lawsuit be dismissed. Currently, both parties are engaged in a dispute over discovery in the case. However, when asked for specifics, Olga claimed that Eden has not provided any information.
Olga also mentioned that Eden has not shared details about her insurance policy or its limits. A hearing on this issue is scheduled for December 19, with the trial set for May. Eden was featured in season 7 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
