DLA Piper Guides N-able in Adlumin Acquisition.
DLA Piper has advised N-able, Inc., a leading global software provider specializing in security, remote monitoring and management, and data protection solutions, in its acquisition of Adlumin, Inc., an enterprise-grade security operations platform provider.
This acquisition strengthens N-able’s security portfolio by expanding its capabilities in extended detection and response (XDR) and managed detection and response (MDR) services, building on the companies’ existing partnership. The deal also supports N-able’s goal to scale its offerings for managed service providers and internal IT teams while driving annual recurring revenue growth.
