Blake Lively's Sister Robyn Shows Support After the Actress Sues Justin Baldoni.

Robyn Lively is standing firmly by her sister, Blake Lively. Shortly after the news surfaced that Blake, 37, had filed a lawsuit against her It Ends with Us co-star and director Justin Baldoni for sexual harassment, claiming he orchestrated a smear campaign against her, Robyn, 52, expressed her unwavering support for her younger sister.

On Saturday, December 21, Robyn took to her Instagram Stories to share a collage of screenshots from a New York Times article detailing the situation between Blake and Baldoni, 40.

"FINALLY justice for my sister @BlakeLively," Robyn captioned the post. In another post, Robyn included a link to the same Times article, tagging her sister's Instagram handle and surrounding it with an animated heart. Blake's lawsuit came months after whispers of tension on the set of the film adaptation of Colleen Hoover's novel began circulating.

Blake's complaint, which serves as a precursor to a discrimination lawsuit in California, states that she has experienced "grief, fear, trauma, and extreme anxiety" due to Baldoni’s alleged actions. The complaint further claims, "The emotional toll on Ms. Lively has been severe, impacting not just her but also her family, including her husband and four children," referring to Blake's spouse, Ryan Reynolds, and their kids: daughters James, 10, Inez, 8, and Betty, 5, along with son Olin, 1.

He described her claims as "false, outrageous, and deliberately sensational, intended to cause public harm." Freedman further claimed that Blake created problems during the film's production, including "threatening to skip set days and refusing to promote the film, which ultimately contributed to its poor release."

In response, Blake released a statement to the Times, expressing her hope that her legal action would expose the harmful retaliatory tactics used against those who speak out about misconduct and offer protection to others who might be targeted. Her complaint states that Baldoni exhibited misconduct on the set of It Ends with Us, prompting a meeting with producers to discuss her concerns regarding his behavior and that of lead producer Jamey Heath.

The complaint alleges that following this meeting, Baldoni and his production company, Wayfarer Studios, agreed to several stipulations, such as "no more improvising of kissing" and "no personal physical contact or sexual remarks from Mr. Baldoni or Mr. Heath towards [Blake Lively] or any of her staff, as well as any female cast or crew members without their explicit consent." Additional requests included "no more additions of sex scenes, oral sex, or on-camera climaxing by [Lively] beyond the script she approved when joining the project" — all of which Baldoni and the producers reportedly consented to. However, Blake claims in her complaint that Baldoni soon initiated a retaliatory smear campaign against her.

Blake's complaint presents private texts and emails as evidence, suggesting that crisis PR representatives for Baldoni were strategizing to "[plant] stories about [Lively's] weaponization of feminism." They also planned to carry out “full social account take downs” by initiating “threads of theories” and generally aiming to “change [the] narrative" regarding the actress' allegations.
