Diddy allegedly drugged and assaulted a teenager before leaving her in a building lobby, according to new legal claims that suggest he coerced her into getting into his car.

Rapper Sean Diddy Combs is facing serious allegations in a new lawsuit, claiming he lured a 16-year-old girl into his vehicle and assaulted her.

The incident reportedly occurred in 2000 when the girl was walking home from a babysitting job in New York City. According to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Combs approached her in an SUV with two other men, promising to give her a ride home to get her off the streets of Manhattan.

However, once she got into the car, she realized they were not heading in the right direction. Feeling frightened, the girl became visibly anxious, prompting Combs to offer her a drink to help her relax. After taking a sip, she began to feel disoriented and has only vague memories of being taken to an unfamiliar place. The next thing she recalls is finding herself in the lobby of her own building. Combs' legal team has criticized this latest lawsuit, which adds to a growing list of accusations from others who claim the rapper exploited his power to sexually and psychologically harm them. Currently, Combs is in custody in New York City, awaiting trial on charges related to sex trafficking, racketeering, and other serious offenses. Many of these allegations are linked to his so-called "freak-off" parties, where he allegedly recorded high-profile guests engaging in inappropriate activities for blackmail purposes, according to prosecutors. Despite the mounting accusations, Combs' representatives assert they are prepared to demonstrate his innocence in court.

"No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won't change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor," his team told TMZ. "We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason.

"Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court."

What happened during Sean Combs' 'freak offs'?

Sean Combs' notorious drug-induced escapades, initially brought to light by his former girlfriend Cassie Ventura's lawsuit in November 2023, have emerged as a key element of the indictment. The allegations state that the music mogul "coerced women into taking part in meticulously planned sexual encounters with male sex workers." These freak offs "happened frequently, sometimes extending over several days, and typically included multiple sex workers." Furthermore, Combs "provided various controlled substances to the victims, partly to ensure their obedience and compliance."

He and the victims usually received IV fluids to help them recover from the physical strain and drug use following the freak offs. Authorities confiscated a variety of Freak Off supplies, including narcotics and over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant, from his residences in Los Angeles and Miami. Combs physically assaulted the victims by hitting, kicking, throwing objects at them, and even dragging them by their hair, both during and outside of the freak offs, which often led to injuries that took days or weeks to heal. Additionally, he exploited the sensitive, embarrassing, and incriminating recordings he made during the freak offs as leverage to maintain the victims' compliance and silence.

Combs, 55, and his team orchestrated disturbing parties where sex workers were flown in from all over the country to cater to elite guests, according to prosecutors in an indictment. Federal agents uncovered this troubling operation after conducting raids on his residences in Miami and New York in early 2024, discovering thousands of bottles of baby oil that were allegedly intended for these events. Combs was taken into custody in September 2024 and has been languishing in jail ever since.

The allegations in the indictment closely mirror claims made by Combs' former partner, Cassie Ventura, in 2023. She alleged in a lawsuit that Diddy was both physically and sexually abusive, claiming he coerced her into participating in these bizarre gatherings by using drugs and alcohol. Although that lawsuit was resolved outside of court, numerous other lawsuits have been filed against Combs, portraying him as a manipulative and sadistic figure in the criminal underworld.

Recent lawsuits against Sean 'Diddy' Combs

Sean Combs faced a series of lawsuits in late 2023 and early 2024, with serious allegations including sex trafficking and sexual assault, all of which he has denied.

On November 17, 2023, Cassie, his long-term girlfriend, filed a lawsuit against him, alleging that she suffered through “a cycle of abuse, violence, and sex trafficking” during their relationship, which ended in 2018. Remarkably, they reached a settlement just one day after the lawsuit was submitted. A week later, Combs was confronted with two additional lawsuits.

On November 23, 2023, Joi Dickerson accused him of drugging and raping her while filming the incident when she was a 19-year-old college student in January 1991. The following day, another unnamed accuser claimed that Combs and an accomplice sexually assaulted her and a friend in 1990 or 1991, and then returned to her apartment days later to physically assault her.

On December 6, 2023, yet another unidentified woman filed a lawsuit, alleging that Combs and two other men gang-raped her in 2003 when she was just 17 years old. Then, on February 26, 2024, Rodney 'Lil Rod' Jones, a producer who worked on Combs' latest album, accused him of sexual harassment and drugging.

From September 2022 to November 2023, he faced threats while they collaborated.

On May 21, 2024, model Crystal McKinney accused Combs of sexual assault, claiming the incident occurred after they met at a Men's Fashion Week event in New York City in 2003. McKinney stated that while drinking and smoking with Combs and his associates, she took a puff from a joint that she alleges was mixed with another substance. Feeling disoriented, she claims Combs directed her to the bathroom, where he allegedly forced her to perform oral sex.

On May 23, 2024, April Lampros, 51, filed a lawsuit stating that she met Sean Combs in New York City in 1994 while studying at the Fashion Institute of Technology. She accused Combs of drugging and raping her in a hotel after he had promised to mentor her in the fashion world. On July 3, 2024, Adria English, a former adult film star known as Omunique, accused Combs of grooming her for sex trafficking during the early 2000s.

On September 24, 2024, Thalia Graves filed a lawsuit against Combs, alleging that he and his former bodyguard, Joseph Sherman, violently raped her at the Bad Boy Records studio in New York City in 2001. At the time, Graves was 25 years old and claimed that Combs offered her a glass of wine, which caused her to feel "lightheaded, dizzy, and physically weak" before she lost consciousness. When she regained awareness, she alleged that she was tied up and restrained while Combs and Sherman assaulted her.

In February 2024, Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones, a producer who collaborated with Combs, filed a lawsuit against the rapper, claiming he was sexually harassed and drugged between September and November 2023.

Then in May 2024, model Crystal McKinney came forward, alleging that Combs assaulted her after they met at a Men's Fashion Week event back in 2003. By December, a former employee of Combs accused him of hosting "Wild King Nights," which was described as a more disturbing version of his notorious parties. Reports indicated that Combs has been struggling with life in prison, with a source revealing he had a breakdown while spending Christmas incarcerated. Despite several attempts to secure bail, the judge has ruled that he will remain in custody until his trial starts on May 5.

Diddy's downfall

Prior to Sean "Diddy" Combs' arrest in September, there was considerable speculation that the rap icon would soon be taken into custody due to a series of alarming allegations against him, which included federal raids on two of his mansions.

His legal challenges reached a critical point on September 17, when he faced three federal charges, including sex trafficking, for allegedly coercing victims into participating in drug-fueled sex parties he referred to as "Freak Offs." Just hours before his arrest,  federal investigators were in secret communication with prosecutors involved in the Tupac Shakur murder case regarding gang-related activities. This news followed the revelation that Combs was mentioned 77 times in documents related to the Tupac case.

Combs is currently under investigation for the Tupac case, but that's not all he's dealing with. He has been hit with multiple lawsuits, including one he recently settled with his former partner, Cassie Ventura, who accused him of rape and abuse. Disturbing footage from a hotel in 2016 captured Combs pursuing Cassie and physically assaulting her in a hallway.

Just two months prior, in March 2024, federal agents raided two of Combs' mansions, confiscating three AR-15 rifles, drugs, and a staggering 1,000 bottles of lubricant intended for his "Freak Off" events. Alongside these federal charges, Combs is also facing several lawsuits alleging sexual assault, harassment, and sex trafficking that date back to the early 1990s. In February 2024, music producer Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones filed a lawsuit claiming Combs coerced him into hiring sex workers and engaging in sexual activities while working on his latest album. Combs has denied all allegations and pleaded not guilty to the federal sex trafficking charges, but his legal troubles are far from resolved. If convicted on all counts, he could face a life sentence.
