White & Case Advises GenesisCare UK on £140 Million Debt Refinancing.
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised GenesisCare UK, a leading cancer care provider, in securing a £140 million debt refinancing agreement. This deal aims to refinance existing debt and offer growth financing, strengthening GenesisCare’s position in the UK healthcare market.
The financing deal was supported by Pemberton Asset Management, a top private credit manager in Europe, and Barclays. Houlihan Lokey acted as the exclusive financing advisor to GenesisCare UK, while Candesic provided vendor due diligence with Senior Partner Dr. Michelle Tempest and Senior Engagement Manager Jack Zeng leading the efforts.
