Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP has announced its plans to open an office in Luxembourg, alongside the recruitment of prominent funds partners Jean-Christian Six, Paul Van den Abeele, and Yannick Arbaut. This new office, which is expected to begin operations in the first quarter of 2025, will provide expert advisory services to clients involved in the establishment of private and registered funds.
