How Do I Submit a Claim for Reimbursement?
To apply for reimbursement for past repairs under the Porsche sunroof drain settlement, you must follow these steps by February 4, 2025:
- Complete, sign under penalty of perjury, and date the claim form available for download here.
- Mail the completed form, along with documentation supporting your repair expenses, to the address provided on the claim form. The envelope must be postmarked no later than February 4, 2025.
The required repair expense documentation is explained on the claim form, and it is advised to keep copies of all records and receipts for your own reference.
Failure to submit the claim form and necessary documentation by the deadline means you will forfeit the opportunity to receive reimbursement.
