Christina Haack Delists $7M Home after Ongoing Divorce Battle with Josh Hall.

Christina Haack's ongoing divorce battle with Josh Hall has taken another unexpected twist, with the TV star once again delisting her $4.5 million (approximately $A6.9 million) farmhouse from the market.

This latest development comes just two months after Haack had relisted the property following Hall's attempts to block its sale.

The 41-year-old designer first listed the property in October, but the listing was pulled just three weeks later after Hall, 44, filed a temporary emergency order to stop the sale. Hall argued that the property, known as Parker Branch, had been put up for sale without his consent. Despite offering Haack a global settlement—which she rejected—Hall insisted that the mortgage payments made during their marriage gave him a say in what happened to the home.

Although Haack had bought the property before they married, Hall claimed that his contributions toward the mortgage during their marriage entitled him to a role in its future.

However, on December 3, Haack relisted the six-bedroom home with the same asking price of $4.5 million (approximately $A6.9 million) and once again enlisted her good friend Kelly Dougherty as the listing agent. But now, on February 11, the property has been pulled off the market once more, as reported by Realtor.

This removal from the market marks another chapter in the increasingly contentious divorce between Haack and Hall, who announced their split in July after less than three years of marriage.

As part of a temporary settlement made in September, Hall was granted full use of the Tennessee property, as long as he didn’t rent it out. Haack, on the other hand, was given control of their $12 million (approximately $A18.5 million) Newport Beach, California, home, which they had purchased together.

Despite this arrangement, Haack continued to seek a buyer for the Tennessee property, which sparked outrage from Hall. He claimed that the sale had forced him to move to another residence in Tennessee, raising his living expenses significantly.

In court documents, Hall expressed that the move had caused him to suffer financially, writing, “The community maintains an appreciation interest due to the paydown of the mortgage during marriage.” He argued that a premature sale would harm him, given the rising property values in Tennessee.

Hall also emphasized the impact of his relocation to Tennessee, which was based on the stipulation that he could remain in the property during their separation. “I will now suffer prejudice because my living expenses will undoubtedly increase,” he stated.

Hall filed the emergency order shortly after the home was listed on October 5, and it was removed from the market three weeks later. It remains unclear whether Haack was ordered by a judge to pull the listing or if the decision was made independently.

The saga over the sale of the home is just one of many developments in the complex divorce between Haack and Hall, as the former couple continues to navigate their separation.
