Police Seek Public Help in Identifying Suspect in High-Value Burglary in Plymouth.
Police are urgently seeking assistance from the public in identifying a man involved in a "high-value burglary" at a store in Plymouth. The break-in occurred at the WANTS jewellers on Armada Way, where the suspect managed to steal a significant amount of jewellery and watches.
According to a spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police, access to the store was gained through a vacant property next door between 5:30 pm and 7 pm on Thursday, February 13. The suspect stole numerous high-end items and left the scene via the roof of the neighboring building, making his way onto Cornwall Street.
The suspect returned to the store around 10 pm the same night and stole additional items. Police have released CCTV footage of the suspect, though the quality is described as low. They are appealing to the public for help in identifying the man. "We are aware the quality of the picture is low, but it is all we have available at the moment," the spokesperson said.
