Evolution Yacht Agents are one of the leading agencies in Spain, with their main offices based in the Balearic Islands and Barcelona. They cover all Spanish ports and bring to the table 10 years of yachting experience, with top management coming from the superyacht industry. Well known for their innovative services such as Kitchens of Spain and the first bonded warehouse in the Balearics, they constantly strive to introduce new services, products and experiences. Avvecomm Professionisti Associati and S&P Advisory assisted Acquera Yachting in the acquisition. The founders of Evolution Yacht Agents, Beatriz Alonso and Belen Martin, will both become shareholders of the Acquera Group. Beatriz Alonso will also continue to be the managing director of the Spanish branch. Since its launch in February 2018, Acquera Yachting has opened offices in Italy, Monaco, southern France and Montenegro, launching a growth path that will soon see new acquisitions. In the acquisition, Acquera Yachting was assisted by Andrea Minozzi and Silvia Moro, respectively founding and associate partner of Avvecomm, an interprofessional network based in Padua, and by Nicola Parolin, accountant and business consultant founder of S&P Advisory of Monaco. KG’s Acquisition of Max Holder Group Legal advisers to Alfred Kärcher SE: Alfred Kärcher SE Acquires Max Holder Group NUNZIANTE MAGRONE announced that Partner Gianmatteo Nunziante and Associate Sandra Cimbolli have provided Italian Corporate and Commercial Law counsel to Kärcher SE & Co on its acquisition of the Max Holder group. The transaction aims to leverage the strengths of both brands and companies and to build on existing structures and experience. In more detail, the NUNZIANTE MAGRONE team provided counsel to Kärcher SE & Co on the analysis of the Italian entities controlled by Max Holders’s Italian subsidiary Holder Italia S.r.l, - especially in reference to Corporate Law. Kärcher is the world’s leading supplier of cleaning technology. The family-owned company employs more than 13,000 people in 72 countries and more than 127 companies. Head of Legal Dr Horst Teller and his colleague Nicolai A. Breutner were the in- house representatives for this transaction. Holder is known in the industry for its high level of competence in developing and manufacturing multifunctional municipal vehicles.
