Vaxart’s $40 Million Common Stock Offering About the Deal Vaxart is a biotechnology company developing a range of oral recombinant vaccines based on its proprietary delivery platform. Their vaccines are designed to be administered using pills that can be stored and shipped without the need of refrigeration and eliminate the risk of needle-stick injury. Vaxart’s underwritten offering of 50,000,000 shares of its common stock at an offering price of $0.80 per share, a premium to the last closing price.
