Sexual harassment complaints have taken the news by storm ever since the #MeToo movement spread on social media. This widespread call to action gained momentum when survivors courageously shared their personal experiences of sexual assault and harassment. This movement paved the way for countless people to come forward and share their own story. Their bravery sparked a powerful question: Why complain now?
